Samsung requests users to return Galaxy Note 7 immediately

Samsung recollected about 2.5 million phones last week after news of the device exploding. Similarly airline passenger were banned to charge or to switch phones during on flight.

The giant South Korean company said that it would exchange all mobile phones that were supplied on afterward 19 September.

In statement released, Samsung said that customer’s safety is an absolute priority. Samsung asks all Note 7 smartphone users to switch off the phones and return it to the palace of purchase as soon as possible.

Most of the aviation authorities banned use of the devices on the airlines.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

US TV channel Fox 10 reported claims that a defective Note 7 had set fire to a family jeep. The company claimed that the phones catching fire is due to battery problems and very difficult to find out defective phones among those sold.

Samsung Note 7 was launched last month and getting great response by customers and critics.
